Waiting and whining
March 8, 2008Look what the postman delivered!! Part way to running a home brew PSP for my enjoyment.

The postman also delivered this. Apparently a Slim PSP doesn’t fit through the postbox… 1 week to go! I’ve already got the software I want downloaded on my PC ready to go.

hehe not long to go at all now
word of warning memory stick on the left might be fake going on packaging rules but its not like it matters
i’ll give u a copy of my pops folder if u want save u ripping all the eboots… (takes like 10 mins per one)
What packaging rules? They’ve both got Sony hologram stickers on as far as I know, but I’ve not had a chance to look at them yet obviously.
Would be great to get a copy of some of your eboots though. Saves me screwing them up! lol.
yea its funny about fakes even sony have trouble telling and they slip into the supply chain way to easy
the first packing rule is the seals real sticks have a square seal which has been heat sealed and fakes have round one that just push together. and the hologram as you can see on the left should be straight because a machine sticks it on (of course it could be an error) but basing it on them
the best way to tell is the serial number of the stick Ebay has a list somewhere…
also the manual should be in 17 (i think) different languages and folded 20 times…
but if it all work who cares right?
Yep. If they work I’m not fussed.
