So my new machine is here and I’m over the moon! No pictures yet, as I still need to sort out the software for my dSLR. In the meantime, enjoy some full power shots of Bill looking pissed, and a 200fps zombie implosion. :D

(It’ll have to do until Crysis is downloaded).

I don’t know how I lasted so long on my laptop!

Yeah, on LFD the details only really noticable on the main four characters (have a look at Bills face close up). But it’s pretty nice to have 50+ zombies all charging and the framerate not even dipping. :)

I’ll get some Crysis shots up when I get home provided it’s downloaded. Having some internet problems at the moment, and in the middle of changing ISPs, so it’s not the easiest to download a 7GB game at the moment. :(

    Here you go. Epic screenshot.

In fairness, I was a bit of a boob. Left it downloading all day, only to realise I hadn’t changed the default Vista power options – Go to sleep after 1 hour.

Doh! It’ll be done by tomorrow at least.

Pretty solid 30 fps with full on max settings (including 16xQAA) on the benchmarking tool. Very happy with that. If I drop the AA the fps shoots up.

Screenshots don’t seem to do it justice at all though. I think it might be the in game screenshot function isn’t perfect tbh.
